- Plate Waiting Waitresses and Waiters £Call

A minimum of 6 hours will be charged for any chefs. Lower grades are a minimum of 4 hours. Travelling time is as per their respective hourly rates, to and from the event. After 22.00hrs and before 06.00hrs time and a half will apply to all grades.
Bank Holidays will be charged at double time.
Rates are inclusive of working time directives but exclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
